USA CYCLING LICENSE REQUIRED TO RACE. ONE-DAY USA CYCLING LICENSES AVAILABLE FOR $10 PER DAY. YOU MUST RACE IN YOUR USAC CX CATEGORY OR HIGHER. NO SANDBAGGING AND NO WHINERS!
