Hi All,

Please find here the finalized Chagrin River CX Challenge results – with lap counts. I’ll be updating the series this afternoon and should receive Willoughby CX Spectacular results later tonight or tomorrow. Look for those results to be incorporated into the series results by Thursday.

A note from Brett Davis…

Brett Davis, Chagrin River CX Challenge promoter, asked me to pass this note along to all NEOCX series participants…

To All NEOCX Cross Series Participants,

I would like to take a moment to apologize for the delay in posting results as well as for several scoring errors. In past years the results have been posted within a day or two. This year due to a confluence of factors (all my fault) the results were posted late and there were several scoring errors. I pledge to do a better job in the future. I hope that my shortcomings don’t reflect poorly on the NEOCX Series. Thank you for supporting the race and the series.

Best,
Brett Davis

Chagrin River CX Challenge Directions – Detour

NOTE: If you are taking route 422 to Solon for this race, the bridge on Bainbridge Road that leads directly to the course is under construction. There is an easy to follow detour…

Take the Route 91/Solon exit off 422 and head south. Take a left on Bainbridge. At the first major intersection TAKE A LEFT ON LIBERTY ROAD and follow the Bainbridge Road detour signs. When you come back to the “T” on Bainbridge (you’ll be on Chagrin River Road) – the entrance to the race venue is directly in front of you.

I rode the course today and it is a lot of fun. It’ll probably dry out even more by tomorrow. Get ready for the “culverts of doom” and be sure to bring your costume for Saturday’s race or you’ll be 30 seconds behind from the start…

A big “thank you” to Kevin Kimmich, CRC/Mountain Road Cycles, all the race volunteers, and official/scorer Lynn Marut for a great event. It was a unique course that offered its own set of challenges for everyone!
